My name is Marcin Sciesiński (note the accent sign over the "n" in my last name), I'm working as a Java Developer/Architect. Originally this site was a homepage of one of my early projects, a Gempukku program allowing two users to play a game of Legend of the Five Rings CCG (Collectible Card Game) over an Internet. The program, to my surprise, is still widely used, even though I've never done any extra work on it, and it was finished (in a usable state) about 4 years ago.

If you're looking for information about the program, this is a wrong place to start. I've abandoned this project a long time ago. I've given out the program sources to the public. There was a Yahoo Group - l5r-gempukku started, and that's the best place to get you started with it. The Group has almost 2000 users, but because already better clients to play the game were developed, is not used too much, but mine was first!

I'm no webmaster, therefore this page is ugly. Believe me, I've doing my best, but it's just not my kind of work I enjoy doing, what I really like is computer programming... well not exactly. The thing I like best doing is dancing.

So it's time for listing my hobbies, in no particular order: dancing (disco dance, Hip-Hop dance), computer programing, computer games, fantasy boooks.
